ESUME Contribution

After close consultation with the ESUME team about our inaugural Juneteenth event on June 19, 2020, we’ve made the difficult decision to postpone the event until next year 2021. This decision is due to Covid19 and the social distancing practice. Having spent the past months preparing for this event with our team and event partners, we’re genuinely upset and disappointed not to be able to host you at this event.

We want to thank all our sponsors and contributors for their continued support. If you purchased a ticket, please hold on to it and it will be honored at our event in 2021. As everyone has been reminding us, great things happen when the community comes together and connects for a great cause like ESUME Scholarship & Banquet. For this reason, we fully intend to host the Juneteenth event in 2021. We will be working further with our team to finalize the details and we will share more information about our event later this year.
